I have just got a bunch of Van Morrison cds - Astral Weeks, Moondance, St Dominics Preview - a few others. I have all of them on vinyl already and have been appalled at the sound quality of the cds - there is NO bass. Nada. The records are uniformly warm and rich, the cds are waayy too strident. Are there any decent remasters of "the man" out there? The cds are on Warners and Polydor.
