yes yes we drink white wine much colder than the "offical" temperature of around 11C here but it so hot room temperature is meaningless concept if your room is, as last night, 28C and 76% humidity at 10.30pm.
Recently its been filtered water.
I used to like bourbon for blues. Dickell. Definitely George Dickell.
