Anyone familiar with guitarist Joel Foy?

Everytime I listen to James Harman's "Do Not Disturb", I'm always amazed at Joel's blues guitaristics. A lot of young lions come and go but this is one of the very few of the so-called "new breed" that has really impressed me. Or as James himself says on the disc "Joel, you're about to worry that gitar to DEATH"!
I know he's gigging around Big D and he apparently has a fairly impressive discography but I haven't been able to find any other discs he's played on. Anyone familiar with this guy?
