First time on in awhile, read some of thr best-of's as I'm always interested in what people are into and hoping to find something cool I may have missed.
My short list for year's best would be:
1. 'Return to Cookie Mountain' TV on the Radio
2. 'Everything All the Time' Band of Horses
3. ' Boys and Girls in America' The Hold Steady
The best thing I heard for thr first time this year was easily The Manic's 'Holy Bible'
Song of the year would be Built to Spill's "Goin'Against Your Mind"
I think I sold back more of what I bought this year than actually kept.
Overrated album this year was that Arctic Monkeys release.
