Although I must confessed that the Who were all right when they played here a couple of weeks ago. They were playing in a much larger and different venue that resides inside the highly regarded Saddle Dome home of the Calgary Flames hockey team. I talk to someone who went to see them he thought it was an excellent concert very loud and very well amplified by the rambunctious 16,000 screaming souls.I wish I could have been there but the tickets were all sold out after 2 hours when it was revealed that they were coming to Calgary.
The Jubilee Auditorium has a very intimate setting venue that can only houses of up to 3,000 patrons which is excellent setting for smaller musical event such as classical music, ballet, small jazz ensemble and folk musicians which I like very much over other larger venues.

- I was just teasing anyway. It's the similarity in the stage set & the new Who album cover that caught my attention. (nt) - Audiophilander 20:46:05 10/30/06 (1)
