M Ward is 10 times better live than on other media. I couldn't believe it. Him, two mikes, one small amp, one guitar (with masking tape holding it together), and an upright piano.
This is perhaps the best concert since i saw Louis Armstrong in the late 1950s. Fitting, they are/were both magnetic.
Two days earlier i was stupified and amazed to hear his voice on a TV add during the World Series when i was in Denver at RMAF!
