I doubt there isn't a musician in the Great Lakes state that doesn't have a huge amount of respect for Seger.With all the bombarding of the air waves and newspapers with interviews of Seger it seems to me that he comes across as a very down to earth likable guy.And I would like to think that Kid Rock considered it an honor to cut a song with him.I've only heard one cut on the radio from his new cd.it is vintage seger.To me=boring.
I did see Alto Reed play before he was Alto Reed.It was at my local high school football field in August of 71.He left quite an impression with his performance.Putting the mic in his horn and walking thru the crowd while playing.i think the name of the band was Ormandy....
