ASIA reunion--fantastic concert!!

Saw the ASIA reunion of the four original members--John Wetton, Steve Howe, Carl Palmer and Geoffrey Downes--and it was one of the very best concerts I've ever seen, and I've seen a lot. I saw them last night at the Nokia theater in Times Square in NYC. It was all you can ask of a concert--cool venue, good sound system, enthusiastic audience, great musicianship, and tight, tuneful, well-crafted songs. Wetton has a wonderful voice, one of the very best in the rock world, IMHO. And I loved his aggressive bass playing. Carl Palmer--Fantastic. Same for Steve Howe. Geoffrey Downes may not be the virtuoso on the keyboards of lets say a Keith Emerson, but he is like Ringo--he fits perfectly and I can't imagine the band without him.
