Just finished reading "Scar Tissue" by Anthony Keidis and i was kind of disappointed to also hear that Dave Navarro can't "jam" either. Albeit he is a great guitarist (when he is in a band), i really think that his inability to just play "free form" is a huge negative. That's pretty much why he didn't last too long in the Chilis.i'm much more interested in musicians that can "jam" and create something on the spot than those who only play to already written pieces via tapes or musical notes.
But i still like Dave, even though he does seem a little silly being on the show. At least he can host OK.
