I second your enthusiasm.There is a good mix of old and new material. Many of the songs feature extended lead breaks. I absolutely ate these up. I like to describe Gary Moore's playing as "firey," while Trower's playing shows fantastic touch and feel.
He knows how to make the most out of various string bends, coupled with killer vibrato and sustain. My only disappointment was that his website hinted that some vintage clips would be available on the proposed DVD. I've previewed some of these on his website, and though of poor video quality, I still would have preferred them on the DVD.
I think we are damn fortunate to have this concert DVD capturing one of the underappreciated masters of the Fender stratocaster. He really knows how to use the wah-wah pedal and rotary speaker effects.
