People often talk about the separation of church and state.... Well I'm an advocate of the separation of entertainment and state.... For if entertainers ever influence how our country is to be run, we're in very shaky hands, in my humble opinion. Being a well-known entertainer or musician should not automatically make him/her an authority on political issues. (Nothing against Young, by the way. I might even buy that album.)

On the other hand, if the protest is touted before one purchases the album or attends the concert, no problem. I only have a problem whenever one saves the politics until after the concert or album begins (like what Linda Ronstadt once did).
