it's ok. I'll always go to Mayall, Cream, and dominoes before any of clapton's solo efforts. The "just one night" live album from around the same peiod might be a better choice. You get a good version of "wonderful tonight" and a way better version of "cocaine", along with some of clapton's stalwarts, but not "the core" which was one of his more popular songs of the time.
