I think JG was basically a heroin addict ny 1975-1976. I guess he was smoking that Persian shit for a while b4 he figured out it was refined opium. And by then he liked the buzz too much to give up junk. Many of the 76 Dead shows are painfully slooooowww - Jerry must have been nodding out all over the stage.
