5 years ago, my friends' daughter was a senior at UC Irvine. But COVID was in the news. Just as the Winter 2020 finals were finishing up, UCI, like many others, went into lockdown.

It was under these conditions, that Lacuna Coil's "Save Me" not only fit, but was a heavy metal hit.

My friends' daughter had a graduation over Zoom.

So when my friends went down to the OC, they got to take photos, when hardly anyone was around.

"Save Me" is a plea for inner strength, as things, including oneself, break down.
