It's all about the music, dude! Sit down, relax and listen to some tunes.

Helluva singer whose socially consciousness activity hampered her musical career.
In the long run it was the correct and right choice for her. Plenty of recordings showing
her (quite varied) vocal chops and a better world for her social devotions and contributions.

Lent her one of her LPs decades ago so she could transfer it to digital.
Wrote me a nice, gracious note upon its return.
Great person, fantastic energy, lots of down to earth real good heart.
Someday she'll be more widely recognized for her contributions.
In the meantime all is good.
RIP.
