Had never heard one and his performance blew me away.
That was my introduction to Emmett Chapman and his stick.
Cool instrument in the right hands.
In the early 90's I played music with a Chapman Stick player and between
his stick and my fretless bass we managed to get some very interesting
music happening when not plowing over each other's low notes.
RIP Mr. Chapman.
