That was the last post-(Houston Street)Knitting Factory holdout from the glory days of Downtown. What's becoming of New York?
I think I left just in time.
Or is it me? Within a year half of the places I spent all my free time (and money) in have gone under (Tower Records at 4th St., my bar on 13th St., and now this). What's next - Carnegie Hall, the Strand bookstore, or the venerable Vanguard?
