Pierre Du Mage,
Henry Du Mont,
Guillaume-Gabriel Nivers,
Nicolas Lebègue,
Jean-François d'Andrieu,
jacques Boyvin,
André Raison.

French classic organists (in France, we use to say "classic" rather than "baroque") were brilliant but they spent their time improvising rather than composing. Jean-Philippe Rameau, who was a church organist for a long time, left not a note for this instrument.
