A couple of comments: There may be no arranger as it's more of an "edit" except of course for the final tenor lines. The earliest concert arrangement of this type I know of is Stokowski, who does take credit. It's almost exactly the same, but no voices. The music is contained on a stero Lp from '60 during which time Stokowski was reunited with the Philadelphia Orchestra. The Wagner is called "Orchestra Synthesis from Tristan Love Music, Act II and III, and the B side is Falla's El Amor Brujo. The only other non-vocal synthesis like this is by John Marcuri (sp), a Stokowski apostle.
