Sounds like you know the player. Widely considered the heaviest cat in this town on any instrument. Still kicking it, too. He just turned 70 this year. The composer on tracks 1, 3, and 4 is a drummer. I won't mention his name yet, but I'll be shocked if anyone gets it without looking it up one way or another.I'm thinking people are real busy, too. I know this was the week from hell for me. I was able to participate with AJs sides, but not as actively as I would have liked. Probably just as well to leave these up until the middle of next week or so anyway.
I hope the somewhat larger file sizes aren't posing a problem for anyone. The improvement in resolution I think was well worth it--I can hardly hear the phase-shift effect in the cymbals now--but I haven't had to deal with dial-up for some time now and it's easy to forget what that's like. Hopefully most of the folks going to your site have some kind of broadband connection.
