With complete sets of recordings of both Bach and Mozart it is a toss up between the two although I guess Bach wins here. A reflection of the prolific composing he did.On the opera front (including DVDs & LDs) there would be more Verdi than anyone else although Wagner comes a close second.
Note that this does not mean these composers are favoured over others. I have no "favourite" and like to dabble across the board, often purchasing works from unfamiliar names. Some prove to be gems, others boring or not to our taste.
Bottom line is we are spoiled with recording riches these days and equipment to play them with. Yes, there are poorer artistic and sonic releases, but the quality of most of the latest classic CDs and also the re-releases using 96khz/24 bit masters can be outstanding, giving us choices from 60+ years of great artistic recordings to listen to in the comfort of our homes :-)
