Another of the increasingly beautiful records made by one of the most underrated people around (well not underrated in my living room but in general!)
The strings are arranged by Eric Bachmann.
There are banjos.
There are distant infinite guitars, a sawed fiddle, often just one at a time in front of a curtain of strings.
Multi-tracked vocals.
I didn't even know this album existed and just found it today so I am writing while playing it for the first time.
It won't be the last.
I am going to bet Neil Young would love this disc, and, if he was still alive, so would Dave McComb.
So do I.
