Where are you finding that? Is it a Qobuz app you are using?I have used Tidal and now Qobuz and wouldn't dream of using their apps or even visiting their sites. All my music access is via my streamer's own BluOS app and it does all I want. Album cover artwork is displayed and track and Artist details are shown. A click of the 3 dots takes me to an Info page where I find more details of the album being played, often a Wikipedia or other page about the artist and often other artists the app thinks I may also like. The Search option is pretty good too.
Sound like you should ditch your present app and use one that offers access to Qobuz music with a better user interface. Or use Roon, though that entails extra hardware and a subscription.
PS - The BluOS app is available for use on Windows, Mac, iOS and Android, but you need a compatible streamer. These are mainly from Bluesound, NAD and others within the Group - Roksan, Cyrus, Peachtree, etc
