Let’s not get carried away here. A simple definition of being safe is “not being dead” …….

..... The stats seem to vary a little depending on the source. Though as far as I can tell the MURDER rate per 100,000 in New York is OVER 6.5 and the murder rate per 100,000 in London is UNDER 2.5.

But hey, other stats say New York is the safest large city in the US.
