I sent an email to MHDT Labs a few days ago regarding my observation

Don't know what you expect to accomplish or what you expect MHDT to do with regards to one persons subjective observations.

Especially seeing the product has been on the market for over a decade and has likely sold thousands, if not tens of thousands of units world wide.
