I just purchased a 640C cd player and expect its arrival by weeks end. How do I tell the difference between the current version and the earlier version. Would there still be earlier versions still around unsold. I purchased the latest model for 500.00 (listed as 600.00 where I bought it). I don't want anyone pulling a fast one and selling me the older model. Any hints would be appreciated.
