Yes it can do that but would you want to? What processing are you trying to do? Perhaps you are thinking of the DEQ2496 which is an equalizer.The SRC is a sample rate converter so the only thing it will do is convert the analog signal to digital and then back from digital to analog. It will sound worse than what you started with.
