Your Marantz would benefit from some simple mods/upgrades. Things like:- Upgrade the caps
- Upgrade critical diodes
- Power supply tweak
- Chasis dampening
- Internal silver wiring
- Vibration/IsolationI just completed all of the above to my EAD CD-1000 cd player with incredible results.
