Are you sure you need all of this? Mine is placed on an oak table along with the Citation I & II. Sturdy, stable and effective.
I got, from parts express, Dayton isolation points to support it. I thought I would experiment frugally to see if there was an advantage. Can't say I detected any difference but they are still there.
I place a couple books on top to dampen internal resonance. I opened it up once to see and room is spare on top.
I made one cord to try and sampled a couple others but found not much difference from the one supplied excepting a Belden IEC that I salvaged from a computer rack at work.
Five months ago I thought I was going to replace it with a recent "tube output" from a popular manufacturer. Plugged the Ikemie back in after a couple months listening and now the replacement is up for sale.
