Email quad uk ......your local quad service people are "pulling your plonker" or messing you arround. Quad UK will not get to hear about there short comings if you don't tell them.
quad uk have the highest reputation and will not want it sullied by the Canadian team. Also you should not be paying for carridge [postage] that should be down to the service people to arrange collection ...like Quad uk did for my unit after it started to skip one min into the first track...identical to yours !
