You just have to push the toggle switch that is to the right of the numeric volume display up or down. It is a bit awkward compared to a knob, though. And the DA10 is fairly light, so you may have to hold it down with another finger while pushing the toggle switch up. Not bad, but not something I'd like to do all the time.
