If you can't get a hold of your dealer, give Jody at Globe Audio (US & Canada Audio Aero distrinbutor) a call 905-522-5040. Your Prima CD player would certainly be covered under warrantee and Jody would probably either replace the unit or have you send it of to one of the two service centers in the states which are authroized to work on Audio Aero gear (if I recall correctly, they are Darrel @ Digital Systems in Texas and the folks at great northern sound in MN).I have not run into the kind of problem you are having with the player and is certainly sounds to me like it needs repair. Sorry to hear you are having problem with your player.
