You gotta work a little harder but it can be done.BTW, those cheap to moderately priced DVD player sound like crap on Redbook unless you want to add an external DAC, which can actually result in quite nice sound.
BTW, what's your price range?
If you don't have a high end dealer in your area that has the lines you want there are dealers that will ship and let you audition players.
