Firstly slander is spoken defamation and not written (that is libel). Second their is no named person involved. Thirdly if we have to worry about litigation from every posted opinion then we had better close down the forums now. There is such a thing as free speech and in my experience the only people who worry about such stuff have something to hide so my advice to PSAudio is toughen up, let your products do the talking and refrain from making veiled threats on this forum.
