There was a test many years ago and they found that the AA jitter box reduced jitter but then reintroduced its own jitter! The Monarchy on the other had was the most sucessful in the test, dramatically reducing the jitter. They use transformers to isolate the signal from the power supply (where they suspected the jitter in the AA was coming from).
