Best CD Transport under US$500?

Upsamplers, DACs, jitter, shakes and analogue withdrawals, this is it.

I'm after a transport for my Lite DAC60 and have a budget of max US$500.
I need CD playback only, not DVA-A or SACD.
Transport MUST be quiet - no clicking sounds!
Basically I want a player with the best transport mechanism possible, one that's made out of metal would be a real bonus. (maybe unrealistic in this price range I realise)
