I've had a month's worth of playing time on both an Odin Gold power cord and the Odin 2 Silver. Conclusion: I prefer the Silver. I've used the Odin Gold on my Conrad Johnson CA200 integrated that's plugged straight into the wall (an Oyaide R-1 outlet), on two source devices (Oppo 105D and PS Audio DirectStream DAC) and powering a PS Audio Juice Bar that has the source devices plugged into it. In all cases I prefer the Silver but the closest it came to in terms of overall satisfaction was the DAC.

I find the Odin 2 Silver to be a bit more dynamic and detailed. The Gold is a touch more warm sounding with slightly sweeter highs. Both cords throw a good lateral soundstage but both are a bit more shallow with a more recessed soundstage. The height of the soundstage is quite good. Images are well separated and defined with both cords.

At this point I've retired the Odin Gold from use and replaced it with an Acrolink 6N P4040 with Oyaide P-/C-046 plugs that's doing duty on the Juice Bar, The CA200 and the two source devices have the Odin 2 Silver cords in use.
