My system couldn't be more different*, but here's a recommendation. A friend built me a pair of skinny Duelund 12GA speaker cables (VERY moderately priced), which in their appearance and dimensions did not appear to offer much competition to my much loved solid silver Clear Day "double shotguns" (RIP, Paul Laudati.
Parts Connexion aslls the Duelunds but you have to terminate them yourself, which is no particularly onerous biggie. Try 'em.
