Thanks Tangram. I have seen those big round connectors withe C7 plugs. My issue is that the Blu-Ray player I have is extremely thin and lightweight, so using a big connector is going to create some challenges.

But I do agree with you on the quality assessment of these flat ones. There is a Furutech, but it's $86, ouch!
