Hi all. I use shielded cables with drain wires from the mains to my DC blockers then to the source/amp. I have avoided connecting the drain/shield to ground from DC Blocker to amp/source as I don't want to introduce a ground loop from having too many grounds in the equipment. I do ground the drain wires on the outlet to DC blocker outlet end.

Should I definitely ground the shield/drain wire or whats your thoughts?
