Blue to RCA tip, clear to RCA 'gnd' and shield to 'gnd' only on the source RCA and mark with heat shrink?
That's I do mine when making cables with a shielded cables.
20 ft. is a long run for RCA cables but I've done longer (preamp to sub amp).
