A friend of mine told me to fill up RCA plugs of my DIY cables with hot glue, for better solidity of the cable. I have indeed bought a few factory-made cables where hot glue was used to secure the connections.
But I'm wondering... there seem to be quite a lot of variations of hot glue, how can I be sure to get one that is not conductive and not corrosive?...
