They are in fact sterling silver, yes.
That being said, it must be sterling silver of a high quality, and the rest of the cable must be very well built, because I have the highest trust in the friend who tells me it sounds fantastic: if he says so, I believe it's true. He's an acoustician and builds tube electronics and high sensitivity speakers for a living, and has heard about everything that exists including AN Sooto cable. Every upgrade he advised me has always been a hit. Believe me if that guy says it's a great cable, it IS a great cable!
Since that day many other audiophiles of our French group have tried it and everyone seems to love it.
We will see, when I receive it, how it behaves in my system - after all, I don't use expensive tube amps - all the opposite, I use tiny Class D amps, and horns. But my friend is fully aware of that and still pushed me to try the cable so, we will see.
