Interesting. For once, I would say those might be legit. Maybe just some old stock?
I've bought so many fake cables from China but none ever came with paperwork. They never take the time to do it, because it's not needed, their fake cables sell like hot cakes even when packaged in a plastic bag. I don't know, it's weird!
