First off..., your statement doesn't make any sense what so ever, if you followed news as it relates to audio cables in general, why were the NordOst Gold series of cables were represented at a show in Hong Kong versus here in the states?, they've been plenty of companies for ages sourcing the wires from Asian countries | and merely redressing them, and selling them as their designs.

Secondly, I'd think said Asian cable manufacturers are quite capable of producing very very nice sounding cables, as I view it the Japanese | German and Polish cable designs are were one will find some of the very best sounding cables ever made, hence why some buyers are more often seen buying imports to begin with, the Americans aren't the only country on the planet that knows how to make cables, if you ever seriously took the time to disassemble a few of the cables built ( supposedly ) here between say 1987-2006, you'd recognize their true origins, something of which I've done in the past, while adding nicer banana plugs or shortening a pair of SCs, I began to notice underneath the tech flex and all, which brand many of said cables actually were. If American gear was all that, why then have we had some many imported stereo gear coming into the country since the 70s?, just the facts.

As for an angel dying, that could also be due to now we treat other cultures, and seeing as how the pioneers of the stolen land, would've survived without the help of the Native Americans, is once again a logical reason said angels might be dying as well..., biases are based upon what?, one's fear of the unknown..., if you haven't heard these SCs, not alone the original ones, how can such claims be made as to their origins?, much like one reading man's words written in the Bible, doesn't mean everything written is true, I'm more interested in the text which were omitted from it, but I don't see many focusing upon untold scripture.

Let it go, much like just not reading these post, I've to assume you're well over 70?, as it seems to me it's often the older generation, that can't understand the world these days is more global, and each of us have the freedom to buy as we see fit.

Get over said biases and just maybe we as human being, collectively can save the planet, just maybe, eh?.
