Yet I'd also just inform any given seller beforehand, exactly what you're looking for, in said case of a pair of say Odin Gold IC's, ask if their rca connectors are made of metal?, or plastic?, what's the actual gauge diameter wise?, are they the current releases versions, or ones from say 6-9 months ago?.

For their Odin Gold power cord, go for the one priced around $200 and above, as this is the version with the gold foil, versus the cheaper one with gold colored paper wrapping and so on.
