Naim NANA $25 power cord (Wiremold power strip)?

I bought the Naim / NANA $25 cheapo power cord around mid 2000 but can no longer find it in my stash. I'm looking for a replacement. Does anyone know the exact make and model number of this highly regarded power cord that Naim recommended back in the day? IIRC, there were a couple of different versions of it. Thanks.
