Belden 19364 vs. 83803

I need a power cable to connect my PS Audio P3 regenerator to the wall.
The house electrical is 14awg romex - standard stuff. I can buy a cable
made from Belden 19364 with Marinco plugs on both ends (14 awg), or a
cable made from Belden 83803 with the same Marinco plugs (12 awg). Is
there some reason to prefer one over the other?
