Without specific experience with the actual wire your using, all speculation is kind of worthless. It's been my impression that silver wire is very different from manufacture to manufacture.
The only silver wire I would "trust" is Neotech and Audio Note. Take that for what its worth as I haven't experimented that extensively with silver ... just a few interconnects and speaker cables and gave up on it pretty quickly. I settled on some copper litz... but still think silver could be superior but just haven't found the secret recipe at a price I could live with. Maybe you could report back and let us know what you come up with!
