Hello friends,
I am in the market for a pair of 15" XLR interconnects to go between pre-amp and amp. I ran into one built with 16 AWG wires. This gauge size seems larger than the usual 20 AWG plus that I am used to. Given all else are equal, are there any concerns with sonic quality, or advantages, in using such a large gauge size for interconnects?
Thanks and happy listening.
